So with P&G Procter & Gamble GILLETTE customers service when they send you a ticket as on the picture I can buy 2 razors !!!! when I need mine to work !!!! this is the worst marketing action as possible

marketing plan always makes you answer to the the customer wishes

Bravo GILLETTE ! Bravo P&G !!!

With your answer your tickets I would have the possibility to buy 2 razors IF I PAY THE DIFFERENCE !!!!

In France GILLETTE says : "GILLETTE La perfection au masculin" !!!I use for many years their products all kind of products GilletteAt home i must have 5 razors and i have one at my parenst placesI have bought the razor Gillette including a battery to make it be a mix of electric and manual : brilliant ideaI have been happy with it during ...2 weeks To activate the electric part of course you need to press a buttonThe button left the razor after only 2 weeks.I decided to contact GILLETTE and explain them my problemat the end of my message they said that they will answer me promptlyAfter a week i had no news from GILLETTE so i wrote them againNo answer, no reactionToday I wrote them again this :"2 messages envoyes toujours pas de reponse de votre part malgré votre "nous vous repondrons dans les plus brefs delais", aucun geste commercial, aucune explication...désolé mais à présent je vais agir : blogs, association de consommateurs, j'en suis désolé j'ai été sincère avec vous et votre silence me fait me sentir méprisé.Cordialement"So Now whatever you are a man or a woman if you decide to buy a razor or any product from GILLETTE turn your head off and choose anything except them
